BATIC 2025 Events Code of Conduct

At BATIC 2025, we are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. We believe in the power of collaboration, diversity, and ethical conduct. We believe that innovation and meaningful connection can only thrive when everyone feels welcome, heard, and valued.

We expect all event delegates to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct applies to all aspects of the main event and any related activities.

All delegates are expected to act respectfully at all times. This includes fostering a welcoming atmosphere and cooperating with one another in a spirit of collaboration.

We do not tolerate the following in any aspect of the event program, including business and social activities:

Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviors or comments

Threats, intimidation, or aggressive behavior

Disruption of sessions, booths, or networking spaces

Damaging property or personal belongings of others

Misuse of event spaces for offensive or unauthorized purposes

Reporting an Incident If you experience or witness conduct that violates this Code, please notify BATIC 2025 Team or visit BATIC 2025 Information Desk. All concerns will be addressed promptly and handled with care and confidentiality.
